– COX –
With its more than 7,000 habitants it has been the headquarters of Fadalack Tribute to Mike Oldfield since 2010 thanks to the support of its City Council and the Musical Society “La Harmónica de Cox“. Year after year he has witnessed the pilgrimage of the “Mikeníficos Oldfriends” who have not hesitated to make tens of thousands of kilometers to enjoy one of the most faithful tributes of Mike Oldfield. Cox has welcomed fans from Valencia, Murcia, Alicante, Albacete, Barcelona, Madrid, Zaragoza, Bilbao, Logroño …… and has crossed borders receiving supporters from Andorra, Germany, Great Britain, Italy or even Argentina or Brazil.
Almost 10 years later and after having hosted more than 4,000 souls, and having shared the stage with greats such as Fernando Moquera, Phil Spalding or Tom Newman, the Cox Auditorium becomes the permanent headquarters of Fadalack Tribute to Mike Oldfield, where they pretend do, at least, a concert a year expanding the repertoire with the great and small jewels that Mike Oldfield has given us and continues to give us.
– HOW TO GET –
Cox is located 56 kilometers from Alicante, in the southeast of Spain. From Alicante we must link on the highway “A7” and take the exit “538 – Granja / Cox / Callosa”. Once the highway is abandoned, we should go towards “Callosa” on the CV900 road, from where we will see the auditorium on the right. At the second roundabout we can enter Cox and a few meters away we will see the auditorium.
